Cedar Planked Salmon with Maple Syrup and Soya Sauce:

Method

  • Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 4 hours
  • Pierce the salmon with a fork and marinate the fish for two hours in:Marinade Ingredients1 tbsp soya sauce
    1/2 c maple syrup
  • Heat the barbeque
  • Place the fish skin side down on the plank and put it on the bbq.
  • Cook until your fish is done the way you like it.
