Cancellations Due to Weather and Safety
Our aim is a safe memorable adventure. For this reason, booked charters may be cancelled at any time by the captain due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical issues or any safety-related concerns. These cancellations are the sole decision of the captain up to the night before or the day of the charter at the dock. Cancelled trips may be re-booked or opted for full refund. Liability is limited to a full refund of the amount paid.
Waiver Requirement
All guests are required to sign a waiver. Please note that the waiver cannot be altered/changed/modified in any way under any circumstance. If you are not willing to sign it in its present form, you will not be allowed to board and your trip will be cancelled without refund.
