Cancellations Due to Weather and Safety
Our aim is a safe memorable adventure. For this reason, booked charters may be cancelled at any time by the captain due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical issues or any safety-related concerns. These cancellations are the sole decision of the captain up to the night before or the day of the charter at the dock. Cancelled trips may be re-booked or opted for full refund. Liability is limited to a full refund of the amount paid.
Waiver Requirement
All guests are required to sign a waiver. The waiver will be signed and witnessed at the dock before departure. Please review ahead of time: Alberni Charters Waiver.
Fuel Surcharge
Please note that there is a fuel surcharge of $100 per day on all charters.
